  Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

All orders include tracking

You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way. 

 

  Domestic Shipping  (AU)

Standard Shipping: Final fees calculated at checkout. (3–7 business days)

Express Shipping: Final fees calculated at checkout.(1–3 business days)

 

  US Shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is currently unavailable.

Express shipping Final fees calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. 

 

Delayed deliveries

 All orders are shipped next-day. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are handled by the courier.

Petchii is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal companies.

 

 

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

Please note: parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier are considered delivered. If this happens and you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local post office.

 

 Returned to sender

If your parcel is returned to us (e.g. unclaimed or incorrect address), we can resend it once received.

Please note: a re-shipping fee will apply.

 

 Incorrect shipping address

Before dispatch: Contact us ASAP and we’ll update it for you.

After dispatch: We’re unable to guarantee changes, but we can try to request a re-route with the courier.

Please note that providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

 

 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible: 

  • Return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense
  • Item(s) must be returned in new condition, with original tags still attached.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.
  • If an item is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot refund or exchange it.

 

 Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund.

 

 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
